Picture Perfect Closet - Staged for home being listed for sale
Not everyone is going to have a closet this large but the idea can be applied to anyone's closet especially when things need to look magazine picture perfect for a home being listed for sale. We pared down the client's clothes so that only the ones she loved were going to stay and be moved. We then used lots of her existing systems to make to look fab!

Garage clean out and re-org
A large 3 car garage with lots of space and shelving just needed a good sort through. Worked with client to determine which items were for donation vs. trash and with a bit of cleaning and organizing the items that were staying, the after pics speak for themselves. Please click on pics for info.
Sink Cabinet clean out and re-org
Emptied out the dark, cluttered cabinet and determined what to keep vs. pitch. Then painted out the inside of the cabinet with 2 coats of white paint+primer. It already begins to look lighter and brighter! Then installed a slide out container that fits under the built in shelf. Returned all the lesser used items to the slide out. Pretty shelf liner goes in the other section with the daily used items. Re-purposed an extra pyrex dish to hold items and an old vase found during the cleanout is re-purposed to hold dishwasher tablets.
Fridge clean out and re-org
Packed to capacity, the fridge was emptied of contents, all dates checked to determined what stays and what goes. Next, a proper wipe down and disinfecting of all surfaces. Conversion to snaplock glassware for all items that could be spillable or will be reheated in microwave. Lastly, for the pretty factor, nice shelf liner can be cut to size making future clean ups easy and makes the fridge look super too!
Basement Clean Out and Re-Org
A good clean out of excess items and old paint made a huge difference. The shelves were plentiful just not used to potential. Sorting items will make things easy to retrieve and keep things organized into the future. Click on pics for captions and tips.
