Project Pricing
PROJECT WORK DAYS:
Most projects begin with clients filling out my new client assessment form and sending me pictures of the area to be worked on. We usually have a brief planning call in advance so that when I arrive we can hit the ground running. Once the project work begins, I require a three-hour minimum booking and a 24-hour cancellation notice. Fees are payable at the end of each session. Hourly rates begin at $50 for project work. Rates for basement, garage and attic organization may be at a slightly higher rate due to the environment and heavy lifting and moving that is often required.
CONSULTATIONS - ORGANIZING AND STAGING:
Some clients know they want to do the work on their own due to time or budget constraints but need help getting a plan or checklist together. I offer a 60-90 minute on-site project consultation where we tour all areas of concern and offer ideas, suggestions and assist in determining a DIY plan for the homeowner to follow on their own. Fees for the consultation are $75. For an additional $50, I will provide a written report that recaps all ideas, suggestions and items discussed.
Ask me about discounts for larger jobs when you pre-purchase a package of hours!
Remember there is no need to tidy up prior to assessment/organizing sessions - we need to see what we are working with. No judgements!
