Color code your towels

Assign a color for each member of the family...no more "Mom it's not my towel laying on the floor"...bathroom stays tidy and you can keep track of the guest towels set aside in the linen closet.
Kids cabinet

Streamline breakfast, lunch and snack time by designating one set of cabinets or area of your pantry JUST for the kids items. Then kids are easily able to pack their own lunches and get to items without rifiling through the rest of your cabinets. Keep a dry erase board near this area so they can note what items need to be added to the shopping list and if your are like my kids and like to take "Chef" in a thermos for lunch - make sure to fill the thermos with hot water (then empty) before adding hot lunch so it will stay warm all the way til lunch.
Store items where it "SUITS" you...i.e. Store where you Use IT!

Sure, there’s room in the bathrooms for these items BUT where I really need to have medicines, vitamins and first aid items is in my kitchen where I use them most. Think about designating a cabinet or space in your kitchen for basic medicine and first aid so you’ll be at the ready when the time comes and not running to check which bathroom things might be located.
