Merry Christmas Everyone!! I am so blessed to be surrounded with family and friends over the next few days. I am also secretly happy that I know in a few minutes the following ingredients are going into my crock so that dinner will be ready for us after church tonight! We'll be able to eat dinner and then be ready to ride around and look at the Christmas lights all over the neighborhood as we love to do each year. Wishing you all a blessed Christmas and hope you too will find yourself around those you love most. As always, start with a lined crock pot then add: 2 onions and 2 bell peppers, sliced to bottom of crock, then lay 2-3 lbs chicken legs over onions. Combine the following: 3 garlic cloves minced, 2 14.5 oz can stewed italian style tomatoes, 4 oz. can italian style tomato paste, packet of dry italian dressing/seasoning mix, and 1/2 cup white wine. Cook 4 hours on high or 6-7 on low. Serve over hot buttered pasta of choice. Serve with garlic bread and a salad.
